Reverse-engineering: Deconstructing Wing Chun drills

Partner-drills are some of the building blocks of the Wing Chun system – they programme the mechanics that in turn are the basis of chi-sau and free expression. The best method of understanding how something works is often to take it apart, examine the components, and then try to reconstruct it. At this seminar Nino Bernardo will be doing exactly this with some of the basic drills and examining them with the eye of a master-engineer.
A two-day workshop for martial artists of all levels and backgrounds under the guidance of one of the leading teachers of Wing Chun.
